President Amber Kosubovich opened the meeting with the Land Acknowledgement and Paul Durnan led the 4-way test. Brenda Jefferies gave the invocation and Rick Ludwig gave the table order.

President-elect Brenda Jefferies asked for volunteers interested in taking over the Rotor duties starting in July. Email jefferies39@gmail.com if interested.
Garry Flood announced that our club will be hosting a long-term exchange student. We do not have an outgoing student, but we matched local host families to welcome an incoming student on behalf of the Hamilton Club. The student will arrive in August.
Youth Service chair Darryl Kirkland announced the the Kids Feeding Kids Pancake Breakfast raised $3,600 for Food 4 Kids. Volunteers serve 1,150 pancakes to 375 hungy diners on Family Day. Special thanks to Harrington Lane Farms, Costco, Bob Thomas, Sophie Boers and club members Margot, Irene for pitching in and to Diandra Camilleri and FlamboroughToday for promoting the event.
The club celebrated the induction of new member Diandra Camilleri, who has already been active at several events. Welcome Diandra!
President Amber reminded members of upcoming events: Social Night at Indian Hut on March 4; Club meeting March 11 featuring a speaker from Autism Dog Services; Board meeting on Tuesday, March 19.

In lieu of a presenter, this week's program was the club's Annual General Meeting.
Past treasurer Rick Ludwig presented the 2022-2023 financial reports (club service, charitable trust). Motion to accept club service report: Jeff Kleven, seconded by Garry Flood. Motion carried. Motion to accept charitable trust report: Karen Matthews, seconded by Margot Rae. Motion carried. President Amber thanked Rick for his 11 year of service as club treasurer.
