The focus was on RibFest 2025. Michelle Lefebvre spoke about the role of the Ambassador at the gates. While attendance has increased, donations at the gate have decreased. The goal for this year is to have a Rotarian at every Ambassador shift which will be shortened to 2 hours. Sheila also spoke about this role. She is very experienced in volunteering at the gate as an Ambassador and gave several good suggestions for consideration. Remy reviewed the emergency response plan that was emailed prior to the meeting.
