Guests: 21 Rotarians were joined by Guests Agus Sancho, Rotary Youth Exchange student from Argentina, Connor Piper, Kay Smoke and Kathy Harrison
Program
 
There was no formal speaker, but instead everyone participated in writing Holiday cards for staff and residents of local senior's homes and for those using the food banks.

Items of Interest
  1. President Brenda gave kudos to all who helped with the Santa breakfast for over 300 people and to Margot Rae and Nick and Marianne Brown for walking in the Santa parade.
  2. Paul Durnan enjoyed the Santa breakfast and found it showcased the Rotary clubs well. 
  3. Kevin announced that the Christmas social will be held at the Royal Coachman on December 16th - more details to come by email.
  4. Karen announced that the dinner for Rotary Garden court residents will be held on December 11th. Please let her know if you can help and if you would like a meal.
  5. Margot announced that she will be looking for a ride home from Buffalo for Agus and 2 other exchange students on Dec. 8th.

Happy $ - Birthdays/Anniversaries/Good news 
 
Brenda was happy to volunteer and have fun at the Santa breakfast
 
Karen was happy and thankful to all the volunteers at the Santa breakfast and for her daughter's upcoming birthday later in the month.
Nick had several happy bucks - one for his wife, Marianne's birthday, another for the volunteers who walked in the parade with the Ribfest banner, Bucky and Elf, happy his mother Kathy was present and helping with cards and remembering exchange student Allison who is now an OT and was visiting Village Manor recently. He also read a thank you note from parade organizer, Stephanie Wilsack.
 
Wilf enjoyed the Santa breakfast but thought Rotary could have been promoted more.
Pete is happy that his son will be home for Christmas and for his daughter's birthday.
 
50/50 draw (+/- $330 in the pot) – Michelle won the draw and picked the 5 of Spades
