President Brenda opened the meeting with the land acknowledgement and POD members assisted with other duties.
The program was the Strategic Planning session for the club. Bob Morrow facilitated and members were divided into groups to work on club goals and tactics. It was a productive time with each group presenting goals and suggestions. Bob will summarize these for the club and there will be a plan for the next 3 years.

President Brenda presented her kudos to Wilf for organizing such an interesting speaker, John Krpan for our last meeting and to the Fundraising committee for planning Trivia night.
Wendy announced that rides are needed for Sophie and Agus to and from the District Conference.
Reminder to all club members to decide on the meal plan for the next quarter and pay before the next meeting.
Flamborough AM club has organized a clean up of the trail behind Wal-Mart on April 6th. Contact President Christine if able to help.
Margot thanked everyone for the wine donations for Trivia Night. Help is needed to set up around 5 pm and to clean up after. Reminder to submit team names and payment asap. They have 33 teams confirmed.
Nick B announced that there is a RibFest committee meeting Sunday and also to contact Ryan Bridge regarding volunteer shifts prior to the May 1 portal opening.
