Rotary SALUTES OUR VETS
The “Ride and Fly” Motorcycle Run will benefit and support veterans’ organizations and the Rotary Foundation as we continue to provide humanitarian services in our community and communities around the world. The 35-mile organized event will provide riders with the opportunity to uncover the sprawling scenery and landscape of Somerset County… one that features beautiful gardens, enchanted woods, rolling hills, streams, meadows and farmland. This is an organized run led by law enforcement agencies and Veteran’s Groups throughout the area. Traffic support will be available at major intersections to maintain the flow of participants.

Run Start Time: 11:00 AM
Run Ends: 12:00PM at Central Jersey Regional Airport: 1034 Millstone River Road, Hillsborough NJ
Celebration
Join us for a post-run celebration featuring live music entertainment by DJ Joe Leone, food, beer and various vendors and exhibits. There will be a Super 50/50 and T-Shirts available for purchase to recognize your participation with our first Rotary Run. Every paid participant will receive a beer mug for attending and riders are encouraged to have friends and family meet them at the airport after the ride is over to participate with our celebration while supporting and saluting our veterans and the organizations that assist them. As we are serving alcohol and this is an active airport, it is recommended that children/minors not attend.
Registration Fees
Early Bird Registration will be accepted until end of day on September 15th for a registration fee of $20 per patron. Riders, passengers and guest are all the same price. The early registration helps us determine how much food and beer we have to order for the festivities, so we would appreciate your consideration by registering early in order for us to properly prepare for the event.
Late Registration and Walk-Ins will be charged $30 per rider, passenger and guest.
Plane Rides
Plane rides will be available for riders and their guests at $30 per passenger. Pre-registration for scheduling a plane ride is available on the registration site. Charge at day of event will also be $30. Plane availability is limited and it is recommended that you register in advance to secure the plane ride. Patrons processing payment for plane rides will be provided rides before those that choose to pay for a ride on the day of the event. ***PLEASE NOTE*** If President Trump is residing at his Bedminster home the day of this event, regulations prohibit us from offering these plane rides. Should we have to cancel this activity, you will be refunded.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting The Rotary Club of Branchburg’s charities and the support we are providing to non-profit Veteran Agencies in our area.
