Unfortunately, with the Balloon Races, the Polish Festival, the Raritan Day - we were competing with lots of other events.  As it was reported to me, we had about 750 guests, 12 Food trucks, and lots of heat.

I was unable to attend so this is a piecemeal report.  If I am missing details - please make sure to report for the minutes of the meeting tomorrow.

 

There is accounting for the permits etc. that still needs to happen.  If we had any sponsors, we need those handed in immediately so that by the end of August Mike F. can put the match numbers together.  The final numbers are not in - but hopefully we have some preliminary by the meeting tomorrow.

 

In spite of it all - we pulled together and got ourselves out there with something we were proud to display.  That is the winning touch for this event.!!

 

 

The Raffle tickets for the Cash Raffle for the Motorcycle run are printed and in hand.  We will need to get those into the hands of our Veteran's organizations ASAP - to maximize the sales.

 

Everything is tight this next 3 months.

 

Please try to maximize everything we can with as much as you can put into it.
