Last week we had way too many meetings:
FOUNDATION BOARD MEETING: We reviewed the accounts and the standing of the CD's etc. Maria D is trying to collect all the information to be an effective Interim President. The Board is working closely with her. Next meeting set for 3/11/24 at 6:30. All members of the Rotary Club are members of the Foundation. If you are on the Board, you are a voting member. If you are interested in attending, please let Maria D know so she can set the table for you.
CLUB BOARD MEETING:
Maria D gave the treasurers report as Doug was ill (feeling better now). We are in good shape.
Maria A gave a report on the Colombia trip and the upcoming Operation Smile trip.
Sam gave an update of the FFH project.
Discussion was had about the Official Rotary Logo - and those of you who are observant - noticed the header on this Newsletter is changed to reflect that.
CLUB MEETING
Cindy was ill - so the meeting was changed at the last minute to Jerry's in Whitehouse.

For those of you who missed it -
BRTRotary.com is the FFH website - it is NOT live - but you can look at it - proof it and let Sam or Louis know if you find anything not in order or misspelled etc. They are targeting 3/15 for go live.
Louis passed around a list of Branchburg Businesses for everyone to look at and see if we have contacts anywhere for corporate sponsors.
Diane is working on Handouts for people to use for soliciting donations.
The banners are ordered and shipped.
This week- Just the Wednesday meeting for all and Thursday night those of you attending the MRB Ladies Night Out.
