Thank you a million times to Diane for her hospitality.  WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE BBQ. Thanks to everyone who brought and cooked and bought and came and played and laughed and what a great night!!  So nice to see spouses and chat and the fellowship was bountiful.

 

 

At the meeting people asked for flyers again. Advertise, and talk it up.  Such a good program! Cathy C already has a fleet of sewing machines ready to go!!

You should have received new flyers in your email to post as many places as possible.

 

 

Diane handed out green plastic bags and labels and gave them out to members to staple the donation suggestions to the outside of the bag.  If you did not bring them on Thursday to the BBQ - don't forget them on Wednesday- Thanks to those who triple stapled all 40 of their bags.  Many hands - light work.

 

 

We are moving forward with the planning.  The last meeting was great, and all the partner groups are getting sponsors, and selling raffle tickets.  ALL members should have 5 raffle books to sell.  It will really help us get to the $50,000 match.

 

Friday night ticket sales - Thanks Cathy, Julie, Joe, & Billy.  9 books for $600 and $223 in the donation bucket.

Thank you to Jodi and Farzaan for the beautiful posters - they really attracted attention and helped us.

The committee has been busy making document for you all to solicit and collect and get food donations etc.  They should be ready for distribution shortly.
