You may have guessed from the above that PETS training was this weekend - Here is a letter from Craig summarizing his experience:
I want to thank the club for sending me to this past weekend's President Elect (PETs) Training. I have to say going in, I did not know what to expect and by the end of the weekend I was blown away! The training was fun, rejuvenating, and inspiring! I am humbled to have the trust of our club, and I am honored to be our next club president in July. I learned so many things about Rotary and what a PE must focus on. I got to meet the Rotary International President Elect, Gordon MacInally from Scotland, his speech was one of most inspiring I have ever heard, and it reminded me of my Rotary moment! His theme for next year is CREATE HOPE INTHE WORLD, and I have no doubt he will do it!
In our District meeting, it was abundantly clear, that our Special Advisor Julia Phelps and our Zone Director Drew Kessler are committed to be bringing our district back to its previous glory as they want nothing but success for every club in the district and to keep us focused on moving forward! In the next few weeks, prior the Changing of the Guard, from the awesome current President Maria Donagan, I will be writing you all a letter detailing my vision and goals for our club, my leadership style, and what you can expect from me. Thank you again for giving me your trust and confidence and I look forward to leading our club in 23-24!

Today's number is 157 families. No head count for sure but the average is 539 if we go with 3.5 members per household.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS WEEK IS THE STUDENT OF THE FUTURE. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BE ON TIME MAYBE WEAR YOUR SHIRT TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS A ROTARIAN.
