SNEHAL BATRA, ESQ joins the Rotary Club of Branchburg
At a recent meeting, the Rotary Club of Branchburg  welcomed SNEHAL BATRA, ESQ  as new member.
Dr. Julie Ann Juliano, President of the Club, introduced Snehal to the Rotary Club of Branchburg .  Her background includes experience in both the corporate and community sectors helping community people, government affairs, community outreach, and development and implementation of partnerships.
SNEHAL BATRA, ESQ. is the Managing Attorney of NPZ Law Group’s Central New Jersey office located in Neshanic Station, NJ. Ms. Batra is an Indian-American attorney with a passion for immigration law which derives from being an immigrant herself. Having been born in India and raised in New Jersey, Ms. Batra understands firsthand the many difficulties and challenges that immigrants commonly experience while engaged in the U.S. immigration process. As such, she is eager to help families, businesses and individual immigrants to realize the American dream. Her practice includes all areas of US business/family immigration and Naturalization.
 
Ms. Batra earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, NJ and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors in Political Science from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. Ms. Batra has been a practicing attorney licensed in New Jersey since 2001.
She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is also Chair of the Immigration Law Section of the Somerset County Bar Association. Ms. Batra is fluent in Gujarati.
 
Ms. Batra regularly travels to India to present seminars on L-1A and EB-5 to many professional organizations. She  has been frequently quoted in the Time of India and has numerous articles related to US immigration published. Ms. Batra also gives immigration seminars for foreign student at many prestigious US Universities and has been a panelist on many Immigration seminars.
 
Ms. Batra lives in Neshanic Station, NJ with her husband and 2 daughters.
