This award is given to the #1 Rotary Club in District 7475, which consists of 87 clubs in our area. The Rotary Club of Branchburg has been awarded this distinction for the numerous projects they've taken on this past year. Spaghetti Dinner, Comedy Night, Veterans Appreciation Day, Motorcycle Run, Interfaith Dinner, Santa Fly-In, Cigar Socials, When you see me post events, they are held to help people in our community: cooking for the homeless, providing support to those with special needs, raising funds for our veteran network, scholarships to local students, supplying food to the local food pantry, and supporting other service agencies that ask for our assistance - this is our reward as our club does not profit from any endeavor they take on..
All the planning of our events, the work that goes into them, the time we commit and the return we offer to our community boils down to support we receive from others.
People that participate and attend our events help us achieve our goals. Throughout the year I've called on my friends to support our causes and many of you have answered my call. Whether you've donated time, money, food, supplies or attended one of our events you deserve this recognition along with us... It's my pleasure to share this post - the highest recognition a club can receive - with all of you that were part of making this happen.
