March 29th Download - Our speakers today were Lory Abrakian, Vice-Principal of Ecole armenienne Sourp Hagop and two young refugees from Aleppo, Syria, Anto Kourtoukian (13) and JowelAwed (11). The school is a private one and was originally founded in Montreal by survivors of the Armenian genocide in 1915.
March 22nd Download - Our speaker, Marina Boulous-Minton, Executive Director of Chez Doris a local day shelter providing service to women in difficulty 7 days a week.
March 8th Download -  VP Heather Borelli proposed a social visit to the Auberge des
Gallants Cabane a Sucre at Rigaud and Saturday April 1st was
chosen as a date.
February 22nd Download - Our speakers today are from Pivot International: Simone Cavanaugh and Jordan M. Bourke. Simone is a former McGill Rotaract and at McGill as a student of Law. She founded Pivot (a not for profit) to enhance the quality of life of physically disabled children in foreign countries, specifically Nicaragua.
February 15th Download - Our guest speaker today was Barbara Engels, a member of District 7040 Rotaract Committee, and a member of the Downtown Montreal Rotaract Club, who joined us to tell about a worldwide program within Rotaract to encourage international travel and visits between Rotaract Clubs.
February 8th Download - Alain Spitzer has been the executive director of the St. James Drop in Centre since 2005. Originally founded as an outreach of St. James United Church 33 years ago, the Centre is now open from 9 am to 7 pm daily and works on a membership system which includes 230 people, most of whom having been homeless at some point.
February 1st Download - Lenore Vosberg is Director of Clinical Services and Public Outreach for Concordia University’s Centre for the Arts in Human Development (CAHD). The Centre takes in 20 new participants every two years, and these participants are on the program for three years at the end of which their families and others have noted huge improvements in their social skills, self- confidence, and interaction with other people.
January 25th Download - Rod de Courcy-Ireland for his classification talk. Rod’s Rotary life began after he retired when he moved back to Picton pursue his wine interest.  
January 18th Download - A good friend of many of our members, Adrian Bercovici, executive director of the Generations Foundation, joined us today to remind us of the very important role the Generations team plays daily in the schools of Montreal.
January 11th Download - Alberta Bosch of the the Mariners House of Montreal. Mariners House, which merged with the Catholic Institute of Sailors and is now a non-denominational service, provides services for any visiting sailor to the port of Montreal and has been doing this for 154 years.
