University Area Rotary Club Donates Vehicles

The club, with the help of new member Captain Homero Ponce, purchased a firetruck and we are paying for the parts to fix an ambulance.  President Art Bautista donated his mechanic skills to replace the engine of the ambulance and to get it in good working condition. The firetruck will soon be driven to its new home at the Tampico (Mexico) Fire Department, while the ambulance will be sent to aid in relief work in Haiti.
