Clark Martinson is married to Lisa. They are the parents of three adults - Bryce, Wiley, and Anna - and grandparents to Bruce and Aleisha’s two fun girls - Stella and Lilly. He is a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church in the Heights. His formal education includes two architectural degrees - a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Nebraska (1976) and Master of Architecture with a Certificate in Urban Design from Virginia Tech (1981). Clark’s professional experience started as a graduate architect in Omaha, Nebraska before moving to Houston where he served as urban designer for Central Houston and Uptown Houston. He also was the Energy Corridor Districts’ executive director and after retiring from management districts, served as executive director for BikeHouston - Houston’s only professional bicycle advocacy organization. Today he spends five days a week practicing his hobby repairing, restoring, and selling bikes in Waller, TX at BikeWaller. Clark spends his weekends and holidays with his wife Lisa and friends at Glen Haven on Lake Livingston.
