Her scope includes ask MD Anderson Call Center, Physician Relations, Patient Advocacy including front door screening for patients and visitors, Patient Education, food and Nutrition Sevices and Spritual Caare and Ecuction,  She has partnered with the Chief Patient Experience Officer and  other colleagues to develop short and long term strategic planning for patient-centered, value driven cultural transformation over the past five years at MD Anderson. She was Director of the Gynecologic Oncology center for 9 years previous and has held progressive ledership positions based in a variety of settings supporting quality, operations and experience over the past three decades.  She attended Simmons College in Bostn, MA New York University Wagner School of Public Service and is certified  in Medical Quality as well as an Advanced Nurse Executive
