Chanhassen 4th of July Parade Brought the Community Together in Star-Spangled Celebration

The streets of Chanhassen were filled with patriotic spirit and community pride as the Rotary Club of Chanhassen hosted its annual 4th of July Parade. This year’s event featured 68 entries, delighting thousands of attendees with a vibrant display of hometown pride, music, and culture.

Crowd favorites included the T-6 Thunder Air Show, the high-energy unicyclists with the Twin Cities Unicycle Club, the beautifully costumed Aztec Dancer Group -Mexica Yolotl, the Wiggle Wagon with a puppy playpen, the Muskappele Obermarkersdorf Band from Austria and a standout performance by the Eastern Carver County Schools Middle School and High School Marching Bands. From classic cars to community floats, the lineup showcased the best of Chanhassen's civic spirit, talent  and creativity.

A heartfelt thank-you goes out to the many local organizations that participated, and especially to the volunteer coordinators and safety crew who ensured a smooth and fun-filled event for all.

As we look ahead to next year, excitement is already building for the 250th birthday of the United States—a milestone celebration you won’t want to miss. Plans are underway to make the 2026 parade the biggest yet.
