11 Jan 2023 Ellen Schreder via ZOOM Rotary projects in Haiti: Days for Girls Enterprise Sewing & Mango Community Family Farm Jan 11, 2023 Please join us this Wednesday, January 11th 2023 as we welcome Ellen Schreder as our guest speaker. Ellen will join us via ZOOM from Haiti, where she is spending the month of January continuing the critical work that is being done there. The newest endeavor is Mango Community Family Farm. This 21 acre parcel of land is being used to employ and feed many people in and around the community of Lagosette, Haiti. If you would like to learn more about this project and other projects being done in Haiti, this presentation will be given at the Chanhassen American Legion Post 580 and starts at 7 am. Breakfast will be served! If you are unable to attend in person, you may participate via Zoom. For ZOOM meeting infomration, send an email request to events@Chanhassenrotary.org by 8 pm the night before the meeting. All are Welcome! Please join us to learn more about this important work!

25 Jan 2023 Kendall Qualls Take Charge Jan 25, 2023 7:00 AM Please join us this Wednesday at the Legion for breakfast, with featured speaker Kendall Qualls. Kendall is President of the nonprofit organization TakeCharge, which strives to unite Americans regardless of background toward a shared history and common set of beliefs. Though he grew up in poverty and neither of his parents finished high school, Mr. Qualls worked full-time to pay for college, served as an officer in the U.S. Army, and earned three graduate degrees. He worked his way up the ranks at several Fortune 100 healthcare companies before he became Global Vice President of an $850M business unit.

04 Feb 2023 Feb Fest 2023 Feb 04, 2023 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Save the Date: FebFest Saturday Feb 4^th. 2023 9 am to 4 pm. The FebFest Annual Winter Festival is on the ice at Lake Ann in Chanhassen. (rain-out date is Feb 5). Rotary Club of Chanhassen partners with the City of Chanhassen to help drill ice fishing holes and provide the beverage concession for children and adults! Volunteers will be needed for drilling holes ( 8 to 10 am) and staffing the beverage stand (9 am to 4 pm).
