4th of July Parade

Downtown Chanhassen
United States

Thank you for you interest in the Rotary Club of Chanhassen July 4th Parade! We are excited to make this event a memorable experience for everyone involved!  The parade will be held on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at 2:30 p.m.

We all know there are so many wonderful neighborhoods in Chanhassen, but do you also know that the City of Chanhassen is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year? In honor of this milestone, the Rotary Club of Chanhassen chose "Neighborhood" as the 2017 parade theme.  What does your neighborhood mean to you? What makes your neighborhood unique? We are encouraging neighborhoods to get together, create a float and be in the parade! Why just watch the parade when you could be in it? What a fun way to celebrate this patriotic holiday with friends and family.

Registration is now open and closes on Friday, June 30, 2017. Click "Parade Registration" on the left side of this page to register.

Fees are: $75 for non-profit groups and neighborhoods. $100 for businesses, political entries, and all other groups.

The route will be the same as previous years. It starts at W. 78th/Great Plains Blvd and travels west, turns North on Kerber Blvd, East on Santa Vera Drive, South on Laredo Drive and East on Chan View Street.

Interested in volunteering? We would love to have you! Volunteering is the best way to get in on the action; we need people to help floats know where to go and what to do. Please send an email to events@chanhassenrotary.org including your name, address, phone number and we will contact you with details.

We welcome your questions via email at  events@chanhassenrotary.org which is monitored by volunteers and we appreciate your patience in advance. For the most up-to-date information, please be sure to check back here and like our Facebook page!

Thank you,
