The members of the Rotary Club of Hamilton Stoney Creek are very happy to restart a club tradition this year.

Santa Rob Wells and Mandy Claus are loading up the gifts in their sleigh.

We were able to adopt a family in need through the Hamilton Interval House and provide them with some Christmas gifts and necessities.

We were given a Christmas wish list from a family. Mom and her four boys were asking for basic necessities.  We were able to supply them with blankets, pillows, winter coats and personal care items.

We also supplied them with sweaters, hats, gloves, books, Lego, board games, headphones, a video game, an R.C. Car, holiday treats, word search magazines, perfume for Mom, a gingerbread house and, wrapping paper, along with the essentials to make it a memorable Christmas morning.

The Interval House was very happy we were able to take on a large family like this! We hope to do it again next year.

Interval House of Hamilton consists of the Victoria & Friends emergency 22-bed shelter, as well as community programs, for women and their children who are experiencing family violence, abuse and/or human trafficking.
