Vocational Minute - Phil
Phil provided some good information when considering buying a rug. He shared that rugs made of Viscose, Bamboo Silk, Banana Silk or Rayon are all essentially made of paper and do not hold their shaped or appearance once wet. When shopping for a new rug/carpet, look for ones that do not contain the materials above.
King Street Clean-up - Sunday, May 4th 9:00 a.m.
Please join us for the semi-annual King Street Clean-up.
Meet at St. Francis Xavier Church - King Street Side.
Now is the time to Mark your Calendars and start inviting your friends and family. We need to sell a minimum of 100 tickets to this event and need all members to participate.
Additionally Doug has prepared sponsorship packaged if you know of any businesses we can approach to assist.
Now is the time to bring in your wine bottle contributions and gifts/experiences for the auction. This event will only be a success with all members contributing and participating. They can be dropped off at Minuteman Press
We will also need volunteers to set up, clean-up and assist in running the games.

We we honoured today to have a presentation from Inspector Doerr and Constable Osayi Ignuan on the impact their program has had on the Youth in our area.
We were pleased to learn that Cst Ignuan is the winner for the 2024 Innovation Award and will be presented with this honour later this month.
