Winona Peach Festival Updates
We are looking for members willing to train as Assistant Supervisors this year. Please email Martina if you can help in this role martinabainbridgerotary@gmail.com
We have 142 shifts to fill with volunteers. Last year we had a shift with NO Rotarians from our Club. We need to spread everyone out over the weekend and ask that you start inquiring with friends and family to secure volunteers.
We have a replacement freezer donated for our booth to replace the one with the warped lid
Sending Best Wishes
As we shared in the meeting today Anne Bialachowski is recovering from Aortic Valve Replacement surgery. Please keep Rick, Anne and their whole family in your hearts and prayers.
Big Thank You from Jim
For the new Rotary Year beginning July 1st, Phil will be taking over leadership of the Community Service Committee. Jim, extended a huge thank you to his committee members for their hard work and commitment under his leadership the past few years.
Bob Lockwood, President of the Winona Peach Festival attended our meeting today to provide an update on the success of the increased security measures implemented last year and the minor changes this year to improve upon the guest and volunteer experience. He also advised that shuttles will be back this year to move volunteers from the parking lot at the Winona Community Centre to the park.
