A Very Busy Few Months Ahead

Grant Received!

I am thrilled to advise, our Club was successful in being awarded a $1500 “Good Neighbour” Grant from our wonderful Corporate member, Meridian Credit Union. We can now purchase 60 purses to fill with essential items for the vulnerable women in our community. See Events list below for further details

Rob Wells

Our special and charter member, Rob Wells will be stepping away from the Club for awhile to deal with some very important medical issues. Hopefully many of us will still see Rob on October 29th to record our short video for the membership committee. Rob is committed to this project.

I know we all send our love, positive energy and prayers to Rob, Amanda & the family and he has committed to keeping in touch.

Rotary's Commitment to Eradicating Polio

Our speaker was not able to attend this morning at the last minute due to illness so President Tom quickly adjusted to share a very good YouTube Video on the history of Polio and Rotary's commitment to eradicating this terrible disease. October 24th is World Polio Day.
