Long time member of the East Hamilton Club and distinguished Hamilton citizen passed away this week. We held a moment of silence at our meeting

Legion - 100th Birthday

Heino shared that July 17th is the 100th Birthday of the Stoney Creek Legion. They were celebrating by providing a free barbeque to visitors.

Today Carol Edelkort of Fit Active Beautiful provided members with a terrific update of the activities over the past year. 165 vulnerable girls registered for the 12 week program this spring and 85% completed the 5 km run.
