Jack Parent Reading Program

The Rotary Club of Stoney Creek's Martina Bainbridge, Tom Peddle and Ralph Button present the first of three cheques to Deban Brunette of Neighbour to Neighbour at their 28 Athens Street office in Hamilton.

The Rotary Club of Stoney Creek is proud to present a cheque in support of the N2N Jack Parent Reading Program.  The program provides trained volunteers to Hamilton schools to help children in Grades 1-4 improve their literacy skills. Children get one-on-one interaction twice a week which helps to build their comprehension, fluency, and self-confidence.  The Rotary Club has signed on for a three year commitment.
