Empowerment Squared is building a world where everyone is empowered with the tools and opportunities to thrive and contribute to society. They do this by empowering newcomer, racialized, and marginalized communities in Canada and across the world to succeed through mentorship, access to post-secondary education, professional skills development and entrepreneurship, and sports and recreation. Started by Rotarian Leo Nupolu Johnson the organization has a local Hamilton drive and world wide reach that has them active in Canada, Liberia, Ghana and South Africa.
