New Lincoln Park Signs Installed

ImageRotary Club of Lincoln has installed four new park signs that provide history of the individuals after whom the parks were named. The signs, which are 24 inches by 18 inches, are made from porcelain enamel and mounted on powder coated aluminum stands.  They were purchased by the Rotary Club for ~$1,500 each and donated to the City.  Signs were installed at McBean Park, Pete Demas Park, Scheiber Park and Wilson Park.

This project has been under development for about three years, working with the city, sign providers and local historians. Signs for additional parks may be installed in the future.     See Pictures at  Park Pictures Link.
