Caron on Relay for Life - Hedy Immoos Induction

Caron Russell was our featured speaker, providing a history of the American Cancer Society and pitching the Lincoln Relay for Life. Here, she is team leader for Rotary4Life.  She provided details of the event, where our Club will be there Sunday morning to serve breakfast.  She encouraged us all to attend the Saturday night ceremony.  We can all help the Rotary4Life team collect money at  Link to Donate .

 

We inducted new member Hedy Immoos into the club.  She presented a 3-minute summary of her life, starting out as a young girl in Nicholas.  All members make sure you get to know our newest Lincoln Rotarian.

We were pleased to have Jenny Tucker, who recently opened Lincoln Family Law, as our guest.  Again, Claire won the drawing but no Ace of Spades. 

No Book Buddies next week due to school spring break.   Make sure and keep April 26 open; Carol will be calling to confirm that you will be available to help with the Lincoln Wine Fest.  And, buy your tickets so that you can enjoy the festivities.
