.JPG) The Village Improvement Association (VIA), which owns the hospital, got its start with a building on Oakland Street in 1923. In 1925, the Doylestown Rotary (with J. Carroll Molloy as President) established a fund to expand the hospital - just a year after the club was funded. Two years later, the $2800 fund paid for the stone addition to the building, including a modern obstetrical department, adjoining private hospital room, bathroom and dinette! | .JPG)
