Alistair Davis moved to the Niagara Region in 1998 and resides in St. Catharines with his wife Reverend Lorraine Davis.
Community involvement has always been an important part of Alistair’s life and it shows.  He was appointed the CEO of Habitat for Humanity in 2006. Alistair is an advocate and leader in Habitat’s mission to break the cycle of poverty by building safe, decent and affordable homes for low income families in need of a place to call “their home” in Niagara.

Guest Speaker: Alistair Davis - Habitat for Humanity
Habitat & Rotary work with the same values.  Habitat’s mission - to mobilize volunteers and community partners in building affordable housing and promoting home partnerships. Since the start of Habitat in 1993 they have built 40 homes in the Region.  All revenue is from donations.  Unofficial mentorship with volunteers aged 14 – 75 years old.  5578 households are on a waiting list for affordable housing.  Habitat for Humanity give a Hand Up not a hand out!  Habitat for Humanity is looking for donations of both time and money.
