Host Responsibilities:  Open your Home to Guests 

                                        Let me know how many people you can accommodate around 

                                           Your Table - 6;8;12  or more 

                                        Supply the main course (guests will bring (eg. Appetizer, Salad, 

                                            Vegetable, Dessert).   You let me know which of these you 

                                        Collect from your Guests $25.00 each in envelopes bring back 

                                            To Gail Bouw 

                                         You will not know who is coming to your Home.  HAVE FUN

 

Guest Responsibilities:  You & Your Guest will be directed to go to a Host Home 

                                          You will receive an email on Wednesday February 21 what your 

                                           Host requires to make the meal complete and the Address 

                                               Where you are going on Saturday 

                                           Also please bring your beverage of choice 

                                           Bring a cheque for $25.00 each in an envelope (or cash) make 

                                            It out to RCNS

                                            Keep it a secret where you are going.  HAVE FUN
