The Great Race for Rotary

Race With Us !

On May 24^th, the Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise will inaugurate an exciting new annual event for runners from Southern Ontario, Northern New York and beyond. 

The Great Race for Norfolk Rotary is named in remembrance of a great Rotarian and community benefactor (known locally as “Mr Norfolk”) – John Race.   The Race includes 25k, 10k and 5k runs and walks along the scenic Lynne Valley Trail between Simcoe and Port Dover Ontario.  Race time – May 24, 8:30 am at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club in Simcoe.

All proceeds  will go to Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise projects such as

• Restoring eyesight in 3^rd world countries
• Elimiation of Polio
• Upgrading trails in Norfolk
• Norfolk General Hospital
• Literacy in Norfolk County
