Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre Niagara Reaps a Generous Donation
With proceeds from Lincoln Rotary's BIKE THE BENCLANDS wildly successful fundraising event in August 2024, a $12,340 donation has been made to KRISTEN FRENCH CHILD ADVOCACY CENTRE NIAGARA - a safe place to help, heal, end child abuse for Niagara's children & youth.

KFCACN Development Director Meredith Marino
Meredith was excited to announce that KFCACN's CAMP ACORN program for children 6-12 years is coming to Lincoln in Summer 2025. Camp Acorn focuses on helping children build trust and resilience, make connections, and reach their full potential, all while having fun! The camp was introduced in St Catharines in 2023 and expanded to Welland in 2024. Rotary Club of Lincoln Wins Prestigious District 7090 Governor's Trophy 2023-24
As the annual District 7090 Rotary Foundation Celebration wrapped up in Fort Erie on Saturday, November 16, Lincoln Rotary received a complete surprise when Immediate Past District Governor (IPDG) Scott Marcin announced that he had selected our club as the recipient of the Governor's Trophy for our outstanding accomplishments in Rotary year 2023-2024. Renamed in memory of Richard "Rick" Sterne, who introduced the award when he was District Governor in 2012-13, the trophy comes with recognition and appreciation for our club's significant engagement and impact in all that we're about as Rotarians in our service to our local community and beyond.
On hand to receive the 2023-24 Governor's Trophy from IPDC Scott Marcin and Brantford Rotarian Eric Sterne were Joanne Serkeyn, Sue Foster, Margaret Andrewes & Rob Foster. It was a proud Rotary moment and one that we attribute to the incredible dedication and monumental efforts of our entire Rotary Club of Lincoln team.
