The Rotary Club of Lincoln awards a business in the community that supports the coop education programs at BDSS. The winner of the 2022 Pathways To Opportunities Co-Op Education Employer Recognition Award was The Jacob Senior Living.
The award was accepted by Christina Vukovic, lifestyle Manager of the Jacob. Christina sees co-operative education as fundamental to bringing communities together through intergenerational connections. Applying her belief that investing in youth by providing the best possible work experience is essential for self development and confidence building.
