The Miss America Scholarship Foundation is an educational opportunity through the granting of scholarships to students who participate in the Miss NH Scholarship Program competition. Last year over $80k was awarded in scholarships.
Hawkes spoke about her involvement with the American Cancer Society which is the leading cancer fighting organization. She is an advisor, founder, and president of the ACS On Campus Rivier University.
