Club Charter & By-Laws, Progress Reports on Future Club Life

If our clubs plan to merge by the start of the new Rotary Year on July 1st, we will need to submit our application to merge and our proposed new Charter and By-Laws to Rotary International by June 1. This assembly will be our chance for the team working on theseclubs  documents to review them with our members and conduct a vote to accept these foundation documents.

This will also be a first opportunity for our Rotary Teams to present their thinking to members for feedback and guidance on their work. Some recommendations may be ready for adoption, while others will be works in progress that will continue through June and July.

Together we will create the club you want.
