The Monadnock Rotary Club's annual Holiday Gathering will be held this year at the Dublin Community Center. The event is BYOB and appetizers will be the main fare. During the party, Wellness Festival grants will be distributed to deserving service organizations in the surrounding area. It will be a fun evening, so bring spouses, potential members and friends. The best thing about the event is seeing how the Club's hard work during the Wellness Festival benefits the community in which we live. |

Steven Ryder is the President and Founder of True North Networks, LLC. True North is a leading national provider of managed hosting, technology and security services within the financial services industry. In 2015, True North launched SecureWorkplace®, a suite of cybersecurity services designed to reduce the likelihood of a successful cyber-attack on their clients. Prior to starting True North, Mr. Ryder worked in the financial services industry serving as Vice President of two banks, managing relationships with Fannie Mae’s largest New England clients, and was the CFO of the largest real estate company in New Hampshire. Steven speaks at varies venues throughout the country each year on cybersecurity.

Topic “Top Ten Things to know about Powers of Attorney” Susan R. Abert is the Monadnock Region's only Board Certified Elder Law Attorney. She has served as President of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Estate Planning and Probate Law Section. Attorney Abert is licensed in New Hampshire, New York, and Illinois but limits her practice to New Hampshire. She is a frequent speaker in the Monadnock Region and state-wide on legal topics such as estate planning and elder law. Attorney Abert is a graduate of the University of Virginia College of Arts & Sciences and the University of Virginia School of Law. |

Topic: "Learn the secrets of their award-winning chocolate".\ Nate Morison and his business partner Casey are the second owners of Vicuña Chocolate, a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in downtown Peterborough. Nate graduated a year early from high school and took the opportunity to turn around and grow a local business. Nate and Casey have serious plans for the award-winning gourmet chocolate product. |

He's also an adjunct professor in the doctoral program for physical therapy for Franklin Pierce University for the past 9 years.
