NH Rebellion is an organization with the straightforward objective to make big money in politics the central issue in the 2016 presidential primary by asking every presidential primary candidate to clearly answer a question - "How are you going to end the system of corruption in Washington, D.C.?" The premise being that in order to make any “sensible progress” on any important policy issues, we must reform how political campaigns and elections are financed thereby shifting the focus away from the tasks of raising money to fund elections and back on the job that public officials are elected to do.

Sprinkled with humorous quips and thought-provoking facts, Lessig’s presentation and the follow-up question and answer period were very informative and entertaining. For more information about NH Rebellion please visit their website at http://www.nhrebellion.org/  or on Facebook under NH Rebellion. An expanded version of Professor Lessig’s presentation appeared on TED Talk and is posted on the NH Rebellion Speakers Bureau page at www.nhrebellion.org/speakers_bureau.
