Ray Moritz (82) was in the hospital and has since passed. He was a valued member of the Meredith Rotary for the past 15 years and an engaged community leader. We wish his family the best during these difficult times.
The Annual Rotary Christmas Dinner:
Bill and Julieanne Gilchrist are excited to host the Rotary Christmas Dinner Party as a cocktail party at their lovely home in Holderness on Wednesday, 12/18. Bill has prepared a delicious menu, which has been emailed to members. This will be a fantastic evening with plenty of food, priced at $30 per person. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m. We kindly request your prompt RSVP by Wednesday, 12/11, and would appreciate it if you could indicate your participation in the Yankee Swap and the number of gifts you will bring. Please note that desserts can be brought as none are part of the menu.

Rotary Foundation Minute: Gary D. informed us that there are two ways to become a Paul Harris Fellow:
Through donations of $1,000 or
By exchanging points with fellow Rotarians.

Jim M. welcomes a second grandchild, who is a very healthy 8.5lb boy; congratulations! This week, Jim and his fellow fundraisers hit the donation goal for Meredith's Kayak Launch for the Disabled,
Ed T. congratulated the Meredith Library for achieving the NH Library of the Year,
Erin K’s family visited, and the robotics teams qualified for the states; good Luck!
Gary D went to the Toys for Tots auction, and it was delightful and should be continued,
Dean G said the Vienna Boys Quire was amazing,
Fred S got over Covid and still saw all three sons over Thanksgiving, it was great.
Kevin K has a record 22 people for Thanksgiving, and Chuck T beat him by 23.
