The Program

Brendan reported on World Affairs Seminar after being buggered by technology and being a leadership member of the local Interact Club, he prevailed. Amazon speaker noted that interpersonal relationships and knowledge are paramount to success. Will Allen, pro basketball player, was inspirational. Dr. John Waltz gave ideas about innovation.

A most amazing experience for Brendan was a group problem-solving project held during the week.

Maya Weil-Cooley, the junior class director for the Interact Club. She spent a month this summer in the northwestern section of Italy. Language was a high hurdle for her. Food was as amazing as they say it is. The family took her touring – including Venice, Florence, Pizza. She was enthralled by Pont de Vecchio. In return, she hosted her Italian counterpart to a visit to the US. In addition, she maintains regular communication with her.
