John G- Potential new member. 86 years old. Personal Plan: every person can share their
unique gene with the world. Without a purpose, we die. Through life, he’s developed skills he would like to pass along when he has time. Rotary has been in his family since his
father's time. He would like to get involved as he has moved here full-time. Classical Charter School- he is behind.
Bill Kaik: Teddy and he organized the Derby Tickets, which are ready to be distributed. We currently have up to 200 tickets sold.

Bill Kennell- I got to see Dave Matthews!
Jim Kidd- Mixed emotion dollars- a family friend is battling cancer, and his cancer has come back at Stage 4—a hard time paying Mortgage. Jim’s children started a GoFund page, up to $10,000 to help this family friend in one month. His friend’s message was, “Live Every Day!” Hug and enjoy your family every day
Gary Dehnel: Interact membership is on the rise! Today, the 25th member was inducted.
Erin Kaik- Her sister is coming up from Charlotte next week to spend Thanksgiving with her
Jack Foster: Small kidney stone; everything worked out right!

Eliivra Eklund is our Exchange Student that the Meredith Rotary is hosting. Below are some quick facts that she shared about herself.
- 17 years old, born in 2007
- Speaks three languages: Finish, Swedish, and English
- Grew up around horses and skiing
- Her Family consists of 6 siblings, mom and dad, and has two cats

- Independence is about 100 years old from Russia.
- The sun stays up for 3 months in the summer and dark for 3 months in the winter.
