Craig and Nancy were scooting early so that they could pick up Paula our exchange student at Boston airport who is arriving from Spain.  She will be staying with Craig and Nancy.

 

Next meeting August 28, District Governor Nancy will be visiting.  Board Meeting at 5:00.

Gary Dehnel presented a 4 minute video made by Interact students telling about their experience with Interact.

 

Isabel Dube, Short term exchange student from Meredith, Academic year youth exchange candidate for next year, and Interact Grade 10 Director made her presentation on her trip to France.  She spent a month traveling with Anne LeGall, short term exchange student from France.  She was in Paris, Javea, Spain, Barcelona and Cataluna,  She had slides of places they went.  Anne showed slides of her trip here.  They went to NYC, saw Statue of Liberty, 911 Memorial, Times Square, NH Cog railroad, Mini golf.  Isabel is very grateful for the experience and thanks everyone for this opportunity.   Anne is headed back to France August 26 and Rotarians were making sure that both girls had a good time before she goes back.
