Hart’s Food Servers- Recognized for their consistent dedication and support, gifts were presented this evening to each individual
Loon Center Shed Project - John Columbus- Major Projects Chair, presented a slideshow of the project recap of this significant project and recognized exceptional teamwork experience throughout this project. The presentation can be found in the Appendix of this bulletin.

Paul Harris Recognition—Kevin Kelley recognized four individual Rotarians. He is donating 1000 points each for Paul Harris recognition due to their exceptional passion and service to the club throughout the years.

Senior Dinner
Erin and Wendy reported that this year’s event was a huge success and thanked all the Rotarians for their support.

Fred Strader, President, sent out a copy of the proposed elections of the list of officers and committee chairs for all club members to review. All electors proposed this evening were unanimously approved by the club.

Fishing Derby 2025
Bruce presented an overview of the annual fishing derby process to the club this evening, highlighting volunteer opportunities throughout this event. The derby will be February 8th and 9th.
- Ticket sales started in November. There are 462 tickets sold to date
- NEW changes this year! Trailer sales- there’s a new tool just for ticket sales. New rule: Limit two fish per species per day per ticket (recommended by previous judges and supported by NH Fish & Game)
- Wendy reported there will be volunteer sign-ups starting in January
- Erin K. and Tim B. have graciously volunteered to facilitate the speakers/educational program/activities for the Kid’s Tent/Clinic this year
Memorial Service
There is an upcoming memorial service for Raymond Moritz on Saturday, December 14th, at St. Charles Church in Meredith.
Membership Committee Meeting
Jim M. announced a membership committee meeting this evening following tonight’s club meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30p with the 4-way Test.
