Born in Hong Kong, one of the food capitals of the world, Joyce has been interested in all things food from a young age.  Her love of baking, cooking, and exploring cuisines from around the world first landed her in the restaurant industry.  After more than a decade working in all positions at various restaurants, she decided to switch gears and focus on helping other people promote their restaurants and food-related products.  With the pandemic, things shifted and she started sharing her love of cooking through virtual cooking classes where she was able to teach food lovers around the world how to cook delicious Asian food!
