Brattleboro Rotary President June Howe exchanged club flags with Dave Cabot, president of the Rotary Club of Chinandega, Nicaragua, at the August 9, 2007, meeting of the Brattleboro Rotary Club. Cabot, whose Rotary Club was founded in 1966, is visiting U.S. Rotary Clubs to report on his collaborative work with several other Rotary Clubs around the world on projects to support the underprivileged in Nicaragua.
