Don MacDonald kindly volunteered as registrar again this week.  He reported 17 Grimsby Rotarians in attendance plus the late addition of Thomas to make 18.  We were also joined by Jim Powell who was inducted as our newest member.
 
 Announcements:
 
Paul Harris Fellowship Dinner   Next week!  6:00 pm for  7:00 Dinner at the Casablanca Winery Inn,  Wayne announced we are expecting great attendance.
 
WLMH Auxiliary Fashion Show Shirley announced there are still tickets available for Friday May 2.  Mens and Ladies fashions plus the added attraction of “Firemen”
 
 Rotary District Assembly  -   Sat. May  3rd   This is a good seminar for those who want ( and need ? ) to learn more about Rotary and your area of interest in it.
Jeanette and Roger Plan to Attend. Contact Roger  for car pooling.  Register is available on line and the club will reimburse you for the registration fee.
 
Adopt-a-Road     Sat. May 10th    The highlight of the year !! Meet at Elm Tree Variety, Traditionally the workers gather for breakfast after their hard work.

Members were happy about a great Easter Weekend, spring weather and Golf.  Pam enjoyed her seeing her newborn twin grandchildren.  Mike gained a new client as their customs consultant.  Some members attempted to emulate Dick’s “Just Happy”.
