President Bob opened the meeting.

Registrar’s report:

Rotarian Donna reported that there were 17 members and exchange student

Jo Ann present.

HAPPY BUCKS;

Rotarian Gerry did the honours and reported that he was going to Toronto this year for Easter with family.

Sandy – Peter and Sandy were on the kiss-cam at the hockey game.

Wayne – had the first 4 hour motorcycle ride today

Harry – went as Robin Williams to the casino party.

Roger – is off to Florida for a couple of weeks.

Alan – just returned from a Florida holiday.

Clarence – sad to see the ski season over, but golf and baseball are starting.

Thomas – his grandson is off to the Ontario triple midget hockey finals.

Jeanette – her son attends all the protests in Montreal for the McGill daily.

Jo Ann – has no school for all weekend.

Donna – Family coming for the Easter celebration.

Linda – her son is coming for Easter.

Kathryn – her grandson playing in the Maple Leaf farm club hockey system.

Marty – all grandchildren will be present for Easter and EE hunt.

Dick – had a good curling game after a bad one.

Charles – the Niagara College seafood gala is sold out.

Bill – curling is winding down after next week.

Bob – went to a Leaf-Sabers game and they competed to lose.

ANNOUNCEMENTS;

Jeanette reported that exchange student Gabo is back home in Paraguay and that he sent a thank-you email to all for his enjoyable time in Canada and that he would wish to return some day.

Upcoming Paul Harris event – would all those planning to attend please confirm with Sandy.

New Fundraiser – would all committee volunteers please meet next Wednesday night at Bob’s house for a planning meeting – Marshall, Marty, Grant, Linda and Clarence.

Meeting attendance notification: Would all Rotarians respond by Tuesday evening to Sandy regarding their planned attendance or not for the following meeting. The hotel must be notified by Wednesday of our attendance numbers.
