Festival of Arts

The Rotary Club and Community Living, Grimsby, West Lincoln and Lincoln had a successful Festival of Arts on June 4th. It was a completely revamped event with Foods Trucks, Entertainment, and a Beer and Wine Garden. This was the 49th year that the event has been held.  Shown in the picture is Samantha Morris of Community Living presenting a cheque for $5,000 to President Jim Howden at the regular bi-weekly Rotary meeting on July 21st which represents 50% of the proceeds raised at the event. Community Living also received $5,000 from the event. Also in the picture are Rotarian Marilyn Cornwall and Robert Walhout who served on the organizing committee. Planning is already underway for the 50th event to be held June 2017.
