A Rotary Club Assembly is a meeting where members of a Rotary Club discuss the club's programs, activities, plans, and identify issues. The purpose of a Club Assembly is to help the club advance its service mission.

During this regular Rotary Club Meeting, there is no scheduled (guest speaker) program; we come together as a club to conduct club business such as having the club directors report to the club on their projects, discuss upcoming fundraisers, etc. Ideally, Club Assemblies should be held quarterly.
 
What to expect at Thursday's meeting:

• Tackle issues and concerns 

Rotary Club Assemblies are important as
new members learn about the club's workings, and it is a chance for seasoned members to improve their knowledge or skills and learn about new developments. A chance to monitor club's progress, allow members to take part in club activities, and to develop plans with achievable goals.
