We're on Facebook! (You should be too.)

You have probably heard of Facebook's immense popularity. Well, now it's time to get onboard with this booming social network. Hundreds of Rotary clubs worldwide have Facebook pages and now the Rotary Club of Los Angeles Morning has one too. If you haven't already joined Facebook, sign up at www.facebook.com and search for "Rotary Club of Los Angeles Morning" or just "RCLAM". When you're done, don't forget to search out your 20-, 30-, and 40-something (and up!) friends and relatives. You'd be surprised at the number of business associates, former classmates, and long-lost friends you may find.

Our Facebook presence allows users to learn about our club without having to manually sign up for our newsletter. Contents of "The Morning Paper" newsletter will be posted on our Facebook page. This is an exciting opportunity to expand our outreach to the highly tech-savvy downtown community.

For more advanced Facebook users, after joining the RCLAM group please also add the "Rotary" Facebook application/widget that links hundreds of Rotary clubs worldwide and their members. After adding the application, don't forget to use the designate RCLAM as your home club. The app is pretty self-explanatory, but should you need assistance, do not hesitate to contact me (Alex). (RCLAM is one of the first California clubs to join this new application!)
