Come join our next meeting on Thursday, April 5, where our speaker will be Dr. Thomas Cook, Professor Emeritus of Public Health and Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Iowa and current Director of Global Operations of the Ponseti International Association for the Treatment of Clubfoot (http://www.ponseti.info/). 

Tom holds graduate degrees in Physical Therapy, Biomedical Engineering, and Human Factors Engineering and has published over a hundred peer-reviewed papers and several chapters and books.  He has served as a Senior Fulbright Scholar and has lectured or overseen research projects in more than 40 countries, and has been a consultant to the World Health Organization, the Rockefeller Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, and the Global Health Workforce Alliance. Tom is a member of the Noon Rotary Club of Iowa City and a founding member of the Rotarian Action Group for Clubfoot.
